Booking Information
Our studio is open Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm
Please note that I cannot book your photography session date until a deposit of $500 is received. The remaining due amount must be paid on the day of the shoot. If the client decides to cancel session for any reason the deposit will not be refunded. The $500 deposit fee can be used towards another photoshoot within 10 months if canceled 5 days in advance.
HAIR AND MAKEUP are NOT allowed at my studio due to insurance policy, it is very important that you come to the photoshoot ready with hair and make up and arrive on time. Please note our studio is booked all day so be mindful of the timeframe.
Maternity Sessions
I offer in studio Photoshoots only.
Designer Wardrobe, accessories and jewelry are provided for your session at no extra cost.
45min. Solo Maternity Session
Investment: $500 deposit + $450 due the day of the shoot. Total $950.
Includes: One look only. Expectant mother only. The best 5 digital images are fully retouched. All the rest are high-resolution color corrected.
1.5 Hour Session Pricing:
Investment: $500 deposit + $1,200 due the day of the shoot. Total $1,700.
Includes: 3 to 5 looks as time allows. Your family, including your partner, kids, or husband, is welcome to join in the photoshoot at no extra cost. The best 15 digital images are fully retouched. All the rest are high-resolution color corrected.
2.5 Hour Session Pricing:
Investment: $500 deposit + $1,700 due the day of the shoot. Total $2,200.
Includes: 5 to 9 looks as time allows. Your family, including your partner, kids, or husband, is welcome to join in the photoshoot at no extra cost. The best 20 digital images are fully retouched. All the rest are high-resolution color corrected.
Mommy & Me
1.5 Hour Session Pricing:
$500 deposit + $1,300 due the day of the shoot. Total $1,800.
$500 extra for additional children or partner shots.
Looks within time frame. For babies, they must strictly be 4 to 12 months. Limited to 2 sessions a month.
The best 15 digital images are fully retouched. All the rest are high resolution color corrected.
Wardrobe is proved at the studio but we strongly suggest you bring your own for best fit.
Fashion & Business
Portraits
2 Hour Session Pricing:
$500 deposit + $1,000 due on the day of the shoot.
Total $1500.
The best 10 digital magazine style photos are fully retouched. All the rest are high resolution color corrected.
Family Sessions
2 Hour Session Pricing:
$500 deposit + $2,500 due the day of the shoot. Total is $3,000 for up to 5 people. An additional $500 for up to 3 extra people.
Looks within time frame. Wardrobe not provided.
The best 15 digital images are fully retouched. All the rest are high resolution color corrected.
Editing Policy
Basic editing: Fly aways, skin blemishes, teeth whitening, overall light skin smoothing, background clean up, light slimming are included in your price.
However if you would like head swaps, change colors of clothes or nails, backgrounds, removing tattoos, advance detailed editing (more precise skin work, chipped nails, fill in hair and lashes, composite are extra, including major body shaping, or change to the photos will cost $35 per photo.
If you want magazine style editing it is add on and it starts at $50 per photo for one person.
Very Important: You have 6 months to pick photos for editing from the day of the shoot. I keep photos in my system for 1 year and delete them after. If you did not pick or download your photos, I will not have them after 12 months.
Digital Photo Delivery
Please allow 3 weeks for your photos to be ready from the day you select your photos. After approximately 3 weeks, I will deliver the files to you electronically. I will keep a digital copy of all your files for 1 year from the day of the photo shoot. I recommend saving them on an external hard drive. Please note that none of our packages include prints, you will get digital photos only which will be delivered electronically. All photos are high resolution, so you may print & enlarge to your hearts desire.
ReScheduling
In the event that the client needs to reschedule the session, he/she must do so at least 5 days prior to start of session via email. Rescheduling with less than 5 days notice will cause client to forfeit original deposit.
*Prices are subject to change at any time. Pricing is honored for 30 days. CA Law requires our studio to charge 9.5% Sales Tax on all tangible products and packages.
